Dear Alumnus,

With great pleasure, I inform you that the First Convocation of SPA, Bhopal will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2015. In this Convocation degrees will be awarded to all U.G. and P.G. batches of students passed from SPA Bhopal in 2012, 2013 and 2014. The ceremony will be held in LHC of IISER, Bhopal in Bhauri campus. A full-scale rehearsal of the function will be held on a day earlier (i.e. March 25, 2015).

I extend to you our most cordial invitation to attend the Convocation and to receive your degree in person. I hope that you will make it convenient to be present on the occasion. I wish to emphasize that you must reach the campus well in advance for the occasion so that you are able to participate in the rehearsal held a day before.

In case you do not participate in the rehearsal, I am afraid; it may not be possible for us to entertain your request for inclusion of your name for receiving the degree in person. Kindly fill in the enclosed Performa and return it with requisite fees so as to reach us latest by Monday, March 16th, 2015.
