Dear Alumnus,

With great pleasure, I inform you that the Second Convocation of SPA, Bhopal will be held on Sunday, October 04, 2015. In this Convocation degrees will be awarded to al1 U.G. and P.G. batches of students passed from SPA Bhopal in 2015. The ceremony will be held in LHC of IISER, Bhopal in Bhauri campus. A full-scale rehearsal of the function will be held on a day earlier (i.e. October 03, 2015).

I extend to you our most cordial invitation to attend the Convocation and to receive your degree in person. I hope that you will make it convenient to be present on the occasion. I also extend invitation to your parents/ spouse to attend and witness the ceremony. I wish to emphasize that you must reach the campus well in advance for the occasion so that you are able to participate in the rehearsal held a day before.

In case you do not participate in the rehearsal, it will not be possible for us to entertain your request for inclusion of your name for receiving the degree in person. Kindly fill in the enclosed Proforma and return it with requisite fees so as to reach us latest by September 21^st, 2015.
